“In March of 2008, my house encountered roof damage due to a hail storm that went through our neighborhood. When the adjuster from my insurance company inspected the damage, he gave me an estimate for the necessary repairs to my roof.

Mr. Braswell came out and inspected the damage, then informed me that he had found an additional $3000 worth of damage that the adjuster had “missed”. When I contacted my insurance company again, they sent another adjuster out to re-inspect the roof with Mr. Braswell. After the inspection, my insurance company agreed that there was in fact additional damage.
